Who We Are

Convergence was formed back in 2004 by the three Directors that still run the business.

Oliver Shevki came to the business with a background in Internet sales. He had exposure to telephony as a previous business which is where he formed his friendships with Lee and Phillip.

Both Lee Harrison and Phillip Clayton-Smith come from a telecoms engineering background. Since the birth of Convergence Lee has transferred his skills into sales and comes at it from a technical perspective where Phillip has remained in operations and runs the support and administration teams.

Fortunately, over the years, Convergence has attracted (and developed) some real talent and the team is as strong now as it’s ever been.

The administration, support, and finance teams (who still work very closely together) combine to offer a well-rounded and professional experience for all our clients.
