Horizon with Webex is an optional calling and collaboration tool included with Gamma’s Horizon Cloud platform. It integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, giving users the choice to work within Webex or Teams. Webex features run on Cisco’s cloud, while Teams users can make voice calls directly through the familiar interface with an included dial pad

Operator Connect

Operator Connect allows users to make voice calls within Microsoft Teams while utilizing Gamma’s voice network to deliver calls directly into Teams.

This service enables calling and adds a range of additional call control features to Microsoft Teams, which would otherwise not be possible. Gamma guarantees quality of service (QoS), providing businesses with the reassurance they need
