Convergence supports the Royal Norfolk Show!

Convergence recently exhibited at the Royal Norfolk Showground in conjunction with a few strategic partners and supported the show in more ways than one!

The show was attended by approximately 85,000 visitors across two days, and it was a pleasure to be part of it.

Aligned with strategic partners including Onyx IT and Netgear, Convergence was on hand promoting one of our flagship products (Wildix) but also providing the connectivity for the whole show!  

The event, which is one of the largest two-day agricultural shows in the UK, is held at the Norfolk Showground in Costessey, near Norwich. It featured over 3,000 animals, 700 trade stands, and as always, celebrates Norfolk's farming and rural life. 

And it proved to be a worthwhile experience as we uncovered a number of opportunities for cloud telephony. 

Two of Convergence’s Directors were on hand (Phillip Clayton-Smith and Lee Harrison) and both agreed that the show was a resounding success. As mentioned, Convergence was championing one of our flagship products (Wildix) providing live demonstrations of some of the integrations we have developed such as our ‘live wallboard and advanced call analytics’ which certainly created a lot of interest. Wildix is a web-based cloud telephone system that is perfect for SME businesses and especially those in and around our target markets of Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
