Convergence Communications was formed in June 2004 by the three Directors: Oliver Shevki, Lee Harrison, and Phillip Clayton-Smith. Previously, they’d all be involved in the industry and decided to create a business to plug a gap in the market.
Convergence is a multiple-award winning business and prides itself on delivering a wholly rounded offering - sales, delivery, service, and support.
As the telecoms industry has evolved, so has Convergence. We’ve invested heavily in our own billing platform providing our clients with a ‘one stop shop’ solution.
The team are hugely experienced and are prepared to go the extra mile for our clients.
We have number of cloud offerings including Wildix (a web-based cloud solution built on similar technology to WhatsApp), Call Switch (a cost-effective cloud-based system ideal for flexible working) and still offer support on the more traditional Samsung and NEC systems.
And through our various strategic partnerships, we’re able to offer connectivity including the latest fibre broadband and Ethernet connections as well as mobile solutions for our clients.
Our personal approach often sets us aside as support and ongoing training is very important to us and our team.
