Convergence's Call Tracking solution enables our clients to test and measure their marketing. You'll notice that the telephone number advertised on this web site is a unique number that is only publicised on this site. Therefore instantly, we know how many enquiries we receive direct from our site.
We can provide either geographic or non-geograpic numbers which simply lay across your existing lines. Therefore, the entire solution is seamless and very easy to integrate. Numbers can be provided and 'go live' in less than 24 hours.
You can have either one number or as many as a hundred, it's entirely up to you. For example, we have a client that wants to advertise in a different location. Therefore, we have provided them with a 'local' number and he has included that is their marketing campaign. They are now receiving enquiries from companies that want to deal with 'local' businesses.
The majority of our clients will opt for 10 call tracking numbers and introduce them into their marketing campaigns. For example; yell.com, a web site, a company newsletter, a company brochure, local/national publications. This enables our clients to truly know the return on investment of their marketing strategies.
Any call that is made to one of the tracking numbers is included in a weekly report so you can see how many potential customers have dialled that particular number. Depending on the results, you may wish to increase the level of investment or indeed cancel it.
There is a £50.00 set up fee and 10 x numbers are provided for as little as £25.00 per month.
If you just want 1 x number, we'll only charge you £5.00 per month with no set up fee!
The call reporting is free and calls are charged at 2.0p per minute.
