Call Tracking Numbers

Call Tracking Numbers

Convergence has just launched a new product which is now available to all of our customers. We can provide geographic and non-geographic call tracking numbers that will enable you to test and measure how effective your marketing strategies are.

We'll provide a bank of 10 call tracking numbers. These can be either geographic numbers (e.g. 01638) or non geographic numbers (e.g. 0844) and simply sit over your existing lines/main number. The idea is that you advertise these numbers in different marketing strategies - for example; yell.com, your own web site, your company brochure, any marketing literature, your business card etc.

Any call that is made to one of the tracking numbers is included in a weekly report so you can see how many potential customers have dialled that particular number. Depending on the results, you may wish to increase the level of investment or indeed cancel it.

There is a £50.00 set up fee and 10 numbers are provided for as little as £25.00 per month. The call reporting is free and calls are charged at 2.0p per minute.

As soon as the service is up and running, you'll have complete control over your marketing and you'll know what is working and what is not. This small investment will enable you to accurately plan your marketing budget and also reduce costs on marketing that just isn't workng.
