In conjunction with our strategic partner, Meetingzone, Convergence can set up a call conferencing solution free of charge. You simply pay for the service as and when you use it.

Convergence will provide you with an external conference bridge allowing your team to securely dial in with a secure pin number. Calls can be created via the microsoft office calendar making this solution extremely easy to manage and administer.

It matters not if your team are abroad as we can provide a whole host of International dial numbers to help keep the costs to a minimum. Calls can also be recorded if you so choose.

We can also provide scheduling tools providing codes to allow remote users to be alerted on a particular event. You can also manage the calls centrally and see who is connected at any one time.

We can also provide a fully managed web conferencing facility allowing you to share your screen and application with remote users, conduct an online presentation and create meeting zone allowing all users to connect into.

The Audip part of the solution is very cost effective. Calls from the UK are predominatly charged 7.0p per minute which is significantly cheaper than alternate solutions on the market. You also have visibility of your account so can cap any spend if necessary.
