Convergence has joined forces with local Internet specialist Steelblue Communications who provide Internet solutions ranging from bonded ADSL to Leased Lines and fully managed MPLS solutions. Convergence can now offer all of these services.

This is particularly relevant when addressing a Voice over IP application. It is imperative that the customers has the right type of connectivity in place that offers guaranteed bandwidth. The customer should also take advice with regards the type of hardware they should have installed. If they are using a broadband or ADSL service, it is important that the router enables quality of service and prioritiese the voice traffic. For more complex solutions, perhaps a Cisco router will be required.

Therefore, if you have a requirement or are interested in utilising Voice over IP, Convergence can assist and can rely on Steelblue to deliver that service.
