Helpdesk Operator

Fronting the Engineering Department is our designated Helpdesk Operator. The Helpdesk is your first port of call in the event of a fault. When a fault occurs, it will be logged and then passed onto the relevant Engineer. The Engineer will then repsond accordingly depending on the severity of the problem.

 

Increase Your Support

As part of your maintenance support contract, you will of course have access to the Engineering team. If you'd like to increase the level of support you receive, you can also upgrade to either or 'Silver' or 'Gold' packages. The 'Silver' package will provide cover to include Saturday's (which a lot of our retail customers take advantge of) and the 'Gold' package provides 24/7 support (a lot of our Doctor's Surgeries and Vets have this level of support).
