Convergence Communications only employs experienced and competent staff to maximise the services and products we offer to clients.
Professionally qualified, our Operational staff are ready to assist you in the purchase, installation and maintenance of your Convergence product.

Administration
Rachael Cole heads up our Administration Team.
Rachael is responsible for dealing with all customer queries including logging system/network faults,raising requests for service, liaising with network providers, line ordering/upgrades and general administration.
Telesales
David Dodd heads up our Telesales Team and he is responsible for following
up on sales leads and booking appointments for the 'Field Sales Team' and
the Directors of the Company.
Sales & Account Management
Lindsay Kiff is head of New System Sales at Convergence. Lindsay
concentrates purely on new business and specialises on NEC and Samsung systems.
Shaun Clayton heads up our Account Management Department.
Shaun is responsible for liaising with our existing customers ensuring that they are
maximizing their investment. He is also head of our Cellular and Call
Routing sales.
Engineering
Ben Cockerton is our Senior Engineer and specialises in installing and
maintaining NEC and Samsung telephone systems as well as assisting the
Engineering Manager.
Directors
Phillip Clayton-Smith is our Engineering Manager and also a Director of the
Company.
Phillip is in charge of Engineering Operations scheduling new
installs and managing our team of installation engineers.
Oliver Shevki and Lee Harrison are also Directors of the Company and manage the Sales and Administration Departments as well as being responsible for the everyday running of the Company.
