Hybrid extensions
Any type of phone can be connected to the XN120 flexible hybrid extension ports. XN120 delivers flexibility that meets every business need - digital system phones, single line telephones, fax machines, cordless handsets, modems, payphones, PDQ’s and more.

Calling Line Identity on an analogue trunk will be delivered to any ETSI compatible analogue CID phone.

ISDN
XN120 supports ISDN Basic Rate with 4 or 8 channel card. Allowing the same card to handle both ISDN Trunks and ISDN S-Bus or S0 extensions enhances XN120 flexibility.

VOIP
XN120 is VOIP ready and so gives organisations the freedom to take advantage of emerging technologies at a pace that suits their business strategy.

Integrated voicemail
XN120 offers an 8 port integrated digital voicemail with a host of flexible options that include conversation recording which includes Auto Attendant and in-queue messaging as standard.

In-queue messaging gives up to 48 individual voice announcements that can be played to the incoming caller dependent on time, day, department or DDI.

Park and page allows the user to pre-record a message informing the caller that they are away from their desk but a page call will be made for the person they are trying to contact.
The call can then be picked up from any extension
