NEC8100

Convergence Communications specialise in providing and installing office phone systems. Not only are the systems fully installed and configured, but Convergence will also provide high levels of ongoing maintenance support and choosing the right professional telephony hardware.
Every telephone system we install includes a 12 months maintenance support agreement.

Business Telephones
Convergence can offer a number of different products but specialise in providing either NEC or Samsung phones for business. This enables us to deliver systems to a diverse range of customers scaling from between 2 and up to 500 extensions.

Both of these product sets offer different levels of functionality ranging from basic digital telephony to voice over IP phone systems with fully integrated voicemail and computer telephony integration.

Within office telephony, we actively promote a number of office telephone systems. We are an accredited NEC Business phone dealer.
If you are looking to buy NEC telephones, we can recommend three NEC telephone systems ; the NEC XN120 system and the NEC Aspire phone system.

We are proud to also offer the very best in the next generation of office telephony in the NEC 8100.

The SV8100 delivers a full suite of advanced applications and a high-powered feature set to help businesses run smoothly. Workers can easily manage their calls, and the mobility that the SV8100 provides to staff, helps customers access your employees even while they are away from their desks.

If you are looking to buy Samsung office phones for business, then Samsung has a slightly wider product range with Convergence offering the Samsung iDCS Series and the Samsung OfficeServ 7000 Series systems.

We also provide Inter-Tel telecommunications systems. Products include Axxess and the CS5000 at the top end of the market and have a large fully supported Inter-Tel customer base.

 

Maintenance Support
All new systems come with a 12 month maintenance support contract which provides our customers with piece of mind. All telephony hardware is covered whether it needs to be repaired or replaced.

All customers will have full access to our engineers in the event of a fault. Convergence will also liaise with your network provider if the fault resides across their network. It means that our customers will only ever need to make one call.

Whilst we specialise in East Anglia and London, we will install and support office phone systems anywhere in the UK and are rapidly growing our base outside of the local area.

 

Cabling Infrastructure
Convergence also provides and installs complete cabling infrastructures. We will liaise with the customer and ensure that all voice and data outlets are located correctly ensuring that end users can connect to the telephone system or the company's main server.
Again, all installations are carried out to industry standard specifications.

 

Call and Mobile Packages
Convergence can also provide very cost effective call packages through a number of relationships that have been created. Our partner companies allow our customers to take advantage of the competitive rates we can provide for calls, line rental and mobile phones.

 

Additionals
As well as our ongoing support, all customers are account managed ensuring we provide an easy path to upgrade your system with additional features and functionality.
This allows our customers to add additional extensions, introduce features such as voicemail, review their call rates or introduce new technology such as voice over IP.
