Convergence chose to partner with Samsung as two of the Directors have had strong ties with Samsung for the best part of 25 years. Samsung makes up about 50% of our customer base and a lot of those relationships have been built over several years.

The product portfolio is dominated by the DCS and the 7000 range. Historically, the DCS range has flooded the market in East Anglia and Convergence continues to support this very popular range.

The DCS range is made up of the Compact I & II and the 816. The newer 7000 range now offers Samsung and Convergence customers the very latest in technology.
The range is made up of the 7100, 7200 and the 7400. The 7100 is ideal for the smaller end user and the 7400 is designed for larger end customer and call centre environments.

  NEC Product Set
Convergence is also committed to NEC and has a long standing relationship with this manufacturer.
All NEC systems are software driven which means new features are added transparently. Again, NEC makes up about 40% of our customer base.

The range consists of the 8100, XN120 and the Aspire.
The SV8100 offers centralised management of phones, data systems, platforms amd much more.
The XN120 is based at the SME marketplace offering cost effective, feature rich telephony.
The Aspire is the 'big brother' of the XN120 and is designed for customers with a slightly expanded requirement.
Both switches are IP enabled and offer flexible and scalable telephony.

Inter-Tel represents our larger customers as this switch is aimed at the higher end of the market.
The Inter-Tel Axxess and CS5000 are both feature rich switches that are aimed at larger clients who require a complex and very flexible switch. Again, we are committed to this manufacturer and have a large number of Inter-Tel clients.
