We can easily reduce your existing expenditure by simply routing your calls via a different network.

Not only can we reduce your on-going call spend, we can also reduce your line rental service charges. Again, the process is exactly the same and you keep your existing numbers and lines. Effectively, it is a paperwork exercise.
Apart from the obvious reduction in costs, it also means that your entire telephony is managed by Convergence Communications.

We are also in the position to be able to offer our customers free installations of ISDN2. We have an avenue with BT and with TML which provides a free install which again is totally managed by Convergence Communications.
This allows our customers to concentrate on their business knowing their telephony is in good hands.

Convergence Communications can also provide our customers with non-geographic numbers free of charge enabling them to choose from 0800, 0845, 0870 and 0871. These numbers can be installed onto any landline number and are totally portable.

We also have a fax-to-email package which provides our customers with a service where faxes are scanned and automatically delivered to specific email inboxes. This service is free of charge.
