Network providers
The responsibility for the provision of exchange lines is not part of this proposal or any subsequent order or contract.
Connection to the Public Switched Telephone Network or any other Switched Telephone Network of the system proposed is a separate contract between you and the Network Provider(s).

BT charges
All prices are exclusive of BT charges

Delivery
Installation can be expected within 2/3 weeks. Please note in the case of ISDN30 provision, this can be up to 6 weeks.

Validity
This quotation shall remain valid for acceptance within 30 days. Should an order be received after this period, we reserve the right to review our offer in whole or part acceptance.

VAT
This quotation is exclusive of VAT that will be charged at the prevailing rate.

Payment terms
Should you elect to purchase the equipment outright, a 40% deposit will be payable on order, the remainder is due on the day of completion. Should you lease the equipment, a refundable 30% deposit will be payable on order payable back on the commencement of the lease contract.

Title to goods
Notwithstanding delivery, property in the above mentioned goods will not be passed to you until payment in full has been in cash or cleared funds of the price of the goods.

Until property in the goods passes to you, you shall hold the goods as our fiduciary agent and baliee, keeping them separate from other goods and property stored, protected and insured and identified as our property.
You shall not be entitled to resell or use the goods in which property has not passed in the ordinary course of your business (which shall not include granting charge, debenture or similar security over the goods)
