Convergence has been awarded with a number of accolades over the past three years. The company has been recognised both localling and nationally for providing a first class service to its customers.
Small Business of the Year 2007/2009
Convergence won Small Business of the Year in both 2007 and 2009 at the Newmarket Business Association Awards. The company was recognised for demonstrating outstanding marketing strategies, for company growth and also for staff retention.

Entrepreneurial Spirit 2008
In 2008, Convergence were also presented with an award for demonstrating outstanding entrepreneurialism, again at the Newmarket Business Association Awards. The judges were impressed by Convergence's ability to develop and implement new technologies such as Voice over IP.

Innovative Use of Technology 2010
In 2010, Convergence were presented the 'Innovative Use of Technology' award for introducing new technologies, particularly into the Health Sector. The company continues to excel in pushing the boundaries of technology and this was recognised by the Newmarket & District Chamber of Commerce.

Excellence in Customer Support 2008/2009
At the end of 2008, NEC presented Convergence an award for demonstrating 'excellence in customer support'. This was reinforced by a number of NEC customers who complimented Convergence on our professionalism and dedication.
Best UK Dealer 2009
In the same year, NEC also presented Convergence with their best UK Dealer Award. This is an award we are partcularly proud of as NEC has over 35 UK Dealers.
