NEC recently presented Convergence Communications with an award that demonstrated an 'excellence in customer support' - an award we are very proud of.

Over the past few years Convergence has established itself as one of East Anglia's leading providers of telephony hardware and ongoing support.

The company has a wealth of experience within the telecoms arena both implementing and supporting telephony applications. Our team is made up of individuals who have worked within the industry for a number of years and this allows Convergence to deliver solutions that are either very simple or very complex.

We have also created a number of strategic partnerships with industry leading players to allow us to provide both scalable and flexible solutions for our customers. It's these partnerships that have enabled Convergence to grow and also increase our product portfolio.

Convergence offer total telecoms packages which means we don't just provide hardware. We can also install cabling infrastructures for voice and for data and provide cost effective landline and mobile packages. We can also liaise with the likes of BT on our customer's behalf.
